Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and unused. To request a return, please contact us via email at support@kyshcosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and verified, we will refund the product price to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed and reflected in your account.
Defective or Damaged Products
In case of defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Send us a photo of the defective or damaged product and we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
