Welcome to the Kysh Cosmetics Returns & Refunds page! We're sorry you had a negative experience with our product, and we'll do our best to resolve it.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and unused. To request a return, please contact us by email at support@kyshcosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and verified, we will refund the product price to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund may take up to 10 business days to process and appear in your account.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send us a photo of the defective or damaged product and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
