Are Kysh Cosmetics products nickel tested?

Yes, our products are Nickel Tested. When a product is declared Nickel Tested it means that it has been subjected to chemical tests in a laboratory and that we can confirm that Nickel is present in a quantity less than one part per million. In this case, the presence of this metal in a Nickel Tested product will be less than 0.000001%. In case of allergy, we recommend carrying out a skin tolerance test on the skin, 24 hours before applying the product. It is sufficient to apply a very small amount of product to the wrist or the inside of the elbow.

Are Kysh Cosmetics products tested on animals?

No, like all those produced in Europe. On March 11, 2013, the EU approved a community decree that prohibits animal testing for cosmetic products.

How long does a product last after opening?

This is indicated by the PAO, the term within which the manufacturer guarantees the effectiveness of a cosmetic product. You can find it on the packaging in the drawing of an open jar and it is expressed in months.

Can I use Kysh Cosmetics products during menstruation?

Yes, it is possible to use our products in every phase of the menstrual cycle, without contraindications.

Is it safe to use Kysh Cosmetics products during menstruation, or under hormone therapy?

Yes, you can use our products if you take birth control or undergo hormone therapy, as they are hormone and estrogen free.

Can I use the product during pregnancy?

Yes, our products can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Which product should I use after hair removal?

After hair removal, the skin needs to be soothed and hydrated, which is why we recommend using Hydrating Serum and Refreshing Mist.

All products are dermatologically tested. The tests carried out on Kysh Cosmetics products have confirmed the best possible results in terms of irritability and allergic risk.

Could the fragrance in Kysh Cosmetics products cause irritation?

The fragrance of Kysh Cosmetics products is hypoallergenic and specially formulated with certified respect for the delicate vulvar area.

Can I use the products if I have dermatitis or other skin lesions?

If the skin is not intact, we recommend consulting a doctor and undergoing specialist visits.

Can I order from a foreign country?

We accept orders from all European countries and also from some non-European countries. See the list of active countries to which we can ship. Duties and VAT on non-European orders are excluded from the final amount paid at checkout.

How much does shipping cost to Italy?

Shipping costs in Italy are free for orders of €20 and above, for orders of a lower amount, the cost is €5.

For shipments with cash on delivery, the commission applied is €5.

Shipping costs abroad vary depending on the country of destination of the goods, below is the detail:
